These are CMON/Zombicide 28mm plastic minis. Very detailed and not as expensive as most other manufacturers.

World of Greyhawk Campaign: Pirates!
Greyhawk Pirates attack a Black Hand Mercenary ship (The Minute) towing a stolen boat:
